I am a qualified British teacher living in the U.K. I have taught the 3-11 year old children for over for over 15 years. At present I teach part-time at a local school Here I teach 4-8 year olds Math Mastery and phonics.
My other passion is to teach children about the natural world through drawing and craft.
I am a qualified outdoor educator (Forest School Level 3), and cannot wait to bring the outside into your home. By teaching about the natural world I hope to encourage your child to go out, explore and become passionate about the natural world. Through drawing, natural crafts and stories I would hope to build a connection between your child and the natural world, that will light a spark of love for the outdoors, and will last them a lifetime.
I also love to pass on knowledge about my culture, I am originally from Wales, have lived in Scotland and now live in England... so there will be lots to learn in my lessons about these three countries of the United Kingdom.
I would wish your child to be so inspired by my lessons that they would want to find out more independently about art, nature and different cultures.

Why do I teach dance and art online? I teach dance to provide a safe place for students to explore their creative movement outside of their box!! I teach so my students can create however they want without any judgment. This is a creative, fun, and safe place to learn and grow. My journey into the world of filmmaking began back in grade school when I got my hands on my very first video camera, the iconic Sony Handicam from the 80s. From that moment, I became captivated by the power of capturing moments on film.

Throughout the years, I honed my skills and delved into the art of shooting videos, exploring different techniques and strategies. As technology evolved, I embraced the ever-changing landscape of film editing, starting from Betamax, VHS, VCD, DVD, and eventually embracing high-definition videos.

My love for filmmaking led me to attend numerous seminars, where I absorbed knowledge and techniques from seasoned professionals. Eventually, I found myself creating my own seminars, sharing my expertise with fellow film enthusiasts.

For decades, I've been immersed in the world of film editing, utilizing a range of software tools such as Video Maker, Power Director, Vegas, and Corel. However, it was in 2015 that I truly fell in love with Mac computers, drawn to their remarkable graphic displays. Since then, I've been harnessing the power of iMovie and Final Cut Pro to bring my creative visions to life.

With a wealth of experience under my belt, I've had the privilege of teaching video post-production for the past eight years at various universities in the Philippines. I've had the opportunity to work on an array of projects, including music videos, TV commercials, documentary films, and captivating short films.

My name is Marnus, and I am a tutor from South Africa. I have almost three years of solid experience in online as well as classroom teaching and I love it.

I ask my students what they want me to feature in the lessons and what subjects they are interested in discussing, then I build my lesson materials around their needs and wants. For example, some of my students are doctors, so I prefer to base my lessons around medicine and medical science. It also offers the opportunity to learn a lot while I am pursuing my research on what I want to bring forward to the student in the classroom. I can teach all ages and all levels. I love meeting new people from all walks of life and am very open-minded. I love suggestions and honest criticism. I want my students to succeed and prosper in their careers and that all starts with confidence. I believe you need the confidence to do anything in life. I help them to get their confidence back that the competitive world sometimes has taken away from them.

In our first three classes together, the students become able to use the basics and foundations of introductory communication in the classroom. Each student will learn to describe themselves by name, age, gender and by how they feel. As well, they will learn to begin to describe what interests them, what their hobbies are and some of their dislikes, too. Children and teenagers have always enjoyed learning from me because of my motherly humor and unique personality when interacting in the classroom. As a mother myself, I am very perceptive nd toward children and I am able to put them at ease while learning a loving safe environment. You will have the opportunity to work with me, a teacher that has taught more than 1000 different students in over 5000 classes and a great amount of online experience.
